Using the import and export products feature of the Dokan cloud, you can easily import a bulk amount of products as a CSV file and export all your products in a single click. Let’s check how it works!
Import Products
Go to your vendor dashboard and navigate to the Products -> All Products, then click on the “Import” button.
After clicking on the Import button, a new window will pop up. There you have the option to upload your products as a CSV file.
Now upload your CSV file from your storage.
After uploading your file, you will get a checkbox with “Overwrite existing products”. Tick this checkbox if you want to remove your existing products, or, keep this checkbox unticked if you don’t want to remove your existing products.
Finally, click on the “Import” button.
After a while, you will get a success message that you have successfully imported your products.
Export Products
If you want to export all your products, there is an Export option for you near the Import button.
Click on the “Export” button and a pop-up will appear. There you’ll find 4 options:
- Current Page: All the products on your current page, e.g., page 1/ page 2, or page 3.
- All Products: All the products that you have in your store.
- Selected Products: If you select one or multiple products, it will only export your selected products.
- Current Search: If you search for any product and want to export that product, select this Current Search option.
After selecting your preferred option, simply click on the “Export” button.
Then it will export all your products as a CSV file and send that file to your email account. So, check your email to get the file.
