The card payment will go through the card sliding machine (EFT). After charging the card, the EFT machine will produce an invoice with the order number and card number. Those numbers will be needed to insert into the wePOS to keep track of that sale manually.

wePOS supports any kind of printer that is supported by your pc/laptop device.

wePOS has no relation with any kind of hardware. Mostly, the cash drawer gets open when the printer prints something. So, you have to look for a printer that is cash drawer supported.

wePOS does not have a barcode generator. However, you can generate a barcode manually and then put that barcode in the product SKU or Barcode field. Your barcode reader will be able to read and fetch the product.

This is related to the printer you are using. This has nothing to do with wePOS. Read the manual of the printer to know about the ink density.

Unfortunately no. Since wePOS is a plugin, all operations of wePOS are browser-based. It can not run in offline mode.

The UI is non-customizable. But some field's values can be changed as per user requirements.
