Finally!! The wait is over. We are releasing the much-awaited Dokan Cloud Beta version.
This is a dream project for us, and we have been working very hard for the past 2 years to give you the best standalone marketplace platform.
Dokan Cloud is a simple, no-code platform that will take you only a few hours to set up a marketplace and start selling. There is no dependency and no risk of any updates breaking your site. The complex procedures are managed from the platform so that you can focus only on acquiring vendors and expanding your business.
You can be one of the first movers by using the beta version and giving us your precious feedback.
Why the Dokan Cloud Version?
You probably know Dokan as the WordPress plugin that can be used to create a multivendor marketplace on any WordPress site. The plugin currently has 60,000+ active installations and has a WordPress rating of 4.6 out of 5.
However, along with WordPress, Dokan also relied on WooCommerce. So, any changes to both can affect Dokan Multivendor as well. For example, if there was any security breach in WordPress, it could directly affect Dokan. To combat that, we had to release security patches and wait for WordPress updates as well.
Don’t forget the many incidents where plugins get deleted from the WordPress repository for security reasons.
In other words, we wanted to reduce dependency. We wanted to create a centralized platform where we could control the whole process and give our users the best possible experience of running a marketplace.
So we took our 10 years of marketplace experience and came out with the cloud version of Dokan.
