Policy for Automatic Payments

Annual subscription renewals are required for certain products, including Dokan Multivendor Pro, Dokan Mobile App, Dokan Delivery Driver App, wePOS, and specific extensions. This is to ensure that our products remain updated and continuously improved. However, the decision to renew your subscription is entirely up to you. Please consider renewing your subscription to receive the latest updates to our products, ensuring you have access to the latest features and improvements.

Please note that a valid subscription is required to receive updates.

Expired Parent Plugin

If your parent plugin subscription has expired:

  • You will be unable to download any product from the dashboard.
  • All extensions associated with the parent plugin will be disabled from the download section.
  • You must renew the parent plugin to access updates for modules with different packages. All module updates are delivered through the parent plugin, and without an active subscription, you won’t be able to download any updates.

Automatic Payment Terms

When you purchase any product using Credit/Debit Cards or PayPal, you consent to automatic renewals by default. You can turn auto-renewal settings on or off.

If you do not cancel automatic payments from your account, the following will occur:

  • The product subscription will automatically renew after one year.
  • Your account will be charged automatically.
  • Auto-renewal payments for any product are non-refundable.

To avoid automatic renewal after one year, please cancel automatic payments during the purchase if you do not wish to renew your license.

  • Unauthorized Use or Licensing Violations: Refunds will not be granted if the product is found to have been used in violation of the end-user license agreement (EULA) or if there is evidence of unauthorized use.
  • Promotional or Customized Products: Our refund policy does not cover products purchased at discounted prices or during promotional campaigns. Refunds are not applicable for product upgrades, renewals, or customizations, including Dokan Mobile app and Dokan Delivery app setup fees.
  • Expired Timeframe: Refunds will not be issued for requests made after the 14-day timeframe has elapsed from the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for initiating a refund request within the eligible period.
  • Purchase from an Unauthorized Website: If you purchase weDevs products from unauthorized websites, we cannot process refunds, as we do not receive payment.
