Overview
Dokan Cloud is committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and trustworthy e-commerce platform for all users. This Prohibited Products Policy applies to all merchants, vendors, and store operators using our SaaS-based e-commerce platform, whether operating standalone stores or multi-vendor marketplaces.
All users must comply with this policy to ensure:

- Platform integrity and trust
- Adherence to payment processor requirements

The following categories of products and services are strictly prohibited from being sold, promoted, or advertised on any Dokan Cloud-powered storefront:
1. Illegal Substances and Age-Restricted Products
- Controlled Substances: Illegal drugs, narcotics, and drug paraphernalia
- Cannabis Products: All cannabis-related products (including CBD, medical, or recreational marijuana, even where legally permitted)
- Tobacco Products: Cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and related accessories
- Alcoholic Beverages: Beer, wine, spirits, and alcohol-based products
- Prescription Medications: Prescription drugs, controlled medications, and unauthorized pharmaceutical products
2. Weapons, Explosives, and Dangerous Items
- Firearms and Ammunition: Guns, rifles, pistols, ammunition, gun parts, and accessories
- Weapons: Knives (including switchblades), swords, martial arts weapons, tasers, pepper spray
- Explosives: Fireworks, dynamite, bomb-making materials, or explosive devices
- Weapon Accessories: Holsters, gun safes, weapon storage, scopes, and related equipment
3. Adult and Explicit Content
- Pornographic Material: Sexually explicit content, adult videos, or pornographic literature
- Adult Services: Escort services, prostitution, or adult entertainment services
- Explicit Imagery: Content containing nudity or sexual activities designed to provoke erotic responses
4. Hazardous and Restricted Materials
- Toxic Chemicals: Poisonous substances, industrial chemicals, or hazardous materials
- Flammable Substances: Dangerous combustible materials or accelerants
- Human-Derived Products: Human organs, tissues, bodily fluids, or biological materials
- Live Animals: Pets, livestock, exotic animals, or animal breeding services
- Animal Prescriptions: Veterinary prescription medications
5. Fraudulent and Illegal Services
- Counterfeit Goods: Fake branded products, unauthorized replicas, or knockoff items
- Forged Documents: Fake IDs, passports, diplomas, certificates, or official documents
- Hacking Tools: Malware, spyware, phishing kits, password crackers, or unauthorized access software
- Pirated Content: Cracked software, illegal downloads, unauthorized digital media, or copyrighted material
6. Gambling and Games of Chance
- Gambling Services: Online casinos, sports betting, or gambling platforms
- Lottery Products: Lottery tickets, scratch cards, or chance-based games
- Gambling Equipment: Slot machines, roulette wheels, or casino equipment
7. Harmful and Dangerous Content
- Violence Promotion: Content advocating violence, torture, or harm to humans or animals
- Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination, racism, or targeted harassment
- Extremist Content: Materials supporting terrorism, political extremism, or radical ideologies
- Occult/Harmful Practices: Black magic services, harmful rituals, or content targeting human well-being
8. Fraudulent Financial Services
- Investment Scams: Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or fraudulent investment opportunities
- Cryptocurrency Fraud: Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining software or fraudulent crypto schemes
- Financial Fraud: Money laundering services, fake banking products, or financial scams
9. Prohibited Services and Activities
- Human Trafficking: Any services involving human exploitation or forced labor
- Spam Tools: Mass emailing software, spam generation tools, or unsolicited advertising services
- Privacy Violations: Surveillance equipment for unauthorized monitoring or privacy invasion

Merchant Responsibilities
- Pre-Listing Review: Verify all products comply with this policy and applicable local laws
- Ongoing Monitoring: Regularly review listings to ensure continued compliance
- Documentation: Maintain proper licensing and documentation for restricted categories where applicable
- Customer Verification: Implement age verification for age-restricted products where legally permitted
Geographic Considerations
- Products must comply with laws in both the seller’s and buyer’s jurisdictions
- Additional restrictions may apply based on local, state, or international regulations
- Merchants are responsible for understanding applicable laws in their operating regions
Enforcement and Violations
Violation Consequences
Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions:
- Immediate Actions:
- Product listing removal
- Store or account suspension
- Order cancellation and refund processing
- Progressive Actions:
- Warning notifications
- Temporary account restrictions
- Permanent account termination
- Legal Actions:
- Reporting to relevant authorities
- Legal proceedings if required by law
- Cooperation with law enforcement investigations
Appeal Process
Merchants who believe their account was suspended in error may submit an appeal through our support system within 30 days of the action. Appeals will be reviewed within 10 business days.

- Dokan Cloud reserves the right to update this policy at any time
- Policy changes will be communicated via email and platform notifications
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of policy updates
- Merchants are responsible for staying informed of policy changes
