Dokan Multi Vendor Documentation

In order to create the Dokan Mobile app, the user needs to provide some information. Like,

Build Request Form – Customer App

Fill out the form to request your Customer App. The submitted form will be reviewed for approval.

Here is the information list-

App Information

  • App Name: (Enter app name)
  • App Short Description: (Up to 80 characters)
  • App Full Description: (Up to 4000 characters)
  • App Icon: (Upload PNG, 1024×1024 px)
  • Splash Icon: (Upload PNG, 1024×1024 px)

Additional Information

  • Email Address: (Enter email)
  • Contact No.: (Required for app publishing)
  • Your Website URL: (Enter website URL)
  • Privacy Policy URL: (Required for publishing in Google Play Store & App Store)

Site Credentials

  • WP Admin Username: (Enter username)
  • WP Admin Password: (Enter password)

OneSignal Credentials (For push notifications)

  • OneSignal App ID: (Enter ID)
  • OneSignal Key ID: (Enter key)
  • Additional Requirements: Invite [email protected]

Social Login (Required for login functionality)

  • Facebook Social Login
  • Google Social Login
  • Apple Social Login (Required for iOS app publishing)
  • Issue Resolution: Check documentation for Facebook, Apple, and Google

Facebook App Credentials (For Facebook login integration)

  • Facebook App ID: (Enter ID)
  • Facebook Client Token: (Enter token)

Invitation for Access (If accounts exist, invite [email protected])

  • Apple Developer Account (Organizational)
  • Google Developer Account (Organizational)
  • Firebase Account (Organizational)
